By accessing or using XOLE, whether through the mobile app or the web platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

XOLE is a platform for table tennis players that lets users record matches, use a live scoreboard, analyze statistics, manage rivals, earn achievements, and track sports progress.

Available features may vary depending on your plan and app version.

To use XOLE, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed from your account.

You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use XOLE lawfully and respectfully. The following is prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to access third-party systems, accounts, or data without authorization
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform
• Publishing or recording offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content

You retain ownership of the content you record in XOLE (matches, results, profiles). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the platform.

You are responsible for the content you record and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.

XOLE offers free and paid plans. Version 1.0 of the mobile app does not include subscription purchases through In-App Purchase.

When applicable, paid plan management is handled from the web platform at app.xole.club. Payments processed on the web are managed through Stripe.

Prices, included features, and conditions for each plan are described on the platform. Plan cancellation takes effect according to the conditions indicated at the time of subscription.

We strive to keep XOLE continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access to the service.

XOLE is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Slash SpA and XOLE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

XOLE is a sports recording and analysis tool; it does not replace professional training or medical advice.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform. You may also request account closure at any time.

The XOLE name, logos, design, code, and other platform elements are owned by Slash SpA or its licensors. These elements may not be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization.

We may modify, add, or discontinue service features. Significant changes to these terms will be published on this page with the update date.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Slash SpA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
