Frequently asked questions
Account
Download the XOLE app from the App Store or Google Play, or create your account at app.xole.club. Complete registration with your email and password, or use the available sign-in method. Once your account is verified, you can record matches and access all features.
Go to your profile in the app and select the option to edit your photo. You can choose an image from your gallery or take a new one. Changes are automatically synced to your account.
You can request account deletion by writing to soporte@xole.club from the email associated with your account, using the subject "Delete XOLE account". You can also review the details on the account deletion page. This process is irreversible.
In the app, go to Profile > Settings and select the option to change your password. If you forgot your password, use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen to receive a recovery link by email.
Matches
From the app, select the option to record a match. You can enter the final set-by-set result after the match, or use the live scoreboard to track each point while you play (available on the Play plan).
Recording a completed match lets you enter the set-by-set result after playing. The live scoreboard records each point in real time, generates more detailed statistics, and lets you follow the match point by point.
Yes, you can edit matches you recorded from the match history in the app, as long as you have permission for that record. Changes are reflected in your history and statistics.
Yes, you can delete matches you recorded from the match detail or your history. When you delete a match, the associated statistics are also updated.
Rivals
From the Rivals section in the app, you can add players you compete against. If your rival also uses XOLE, you can link them to sync results and view your head-to-head history.
When both players use XOLE, matches can be linked between accounts. This enables a shared history, head-to-head statistics, and a more complete experience for both players.
Statistics
Your performance is calculated from the matches you record: wins, losses, sets won and lost, plus additional metrics when you use the live scoreboard. The more you record, the more accurate your information becomes.
Statistics show trends in your game: win rate, monthly evolution, performance by rival, consistency, and other metrics depending on your plan. They help you understand patterns and areas for improvement.
Achievements unlock automatically when you reach certain milestones in the app, such as recording matches, building streaks, or completing sports goals. You can see your progress in the achievements section.
Subscriptions
The Play plan includes live match tracking, rival trends, monthly consistency, insights about your game, and unlimited match recording. It includes everything in the Lite plan.
Plans and subscriptions are managed from the web platform at app.xole.club, in the account or subscription section when applicable to your plan.
You can cancel your subscription from the web platform at app.xole.club, in the account or billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Plan management is centralized on the web platform to provide a unified account, billing, and support experience. The mobile app lets you use all the features included in your active plan.
