Delete account
At XOLE, we respect your right to delete your account and associated data. This page explains how to request deletion and what the process involves.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your XOLE account, write to us from the email associated with your account at soporte@xole.club using the subject "Delete XOLE account".
Include your username or registered email in the message so we can verify your identity.
Required information
- Email address associated with your XOLE account (the one you use to send the request)
- Email subject: "Delete XOLE account"
- Explicit confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
Estimated timeline
We will process your request within 1 to 30 business days after receiving your email. We will confirm by email when deletion has been completed.
What information is deleted
- Profile data (name, email, photo)
- Recorded matches and results
- Statistics and achievements
- Rivals and associated relationships
- Activity history on the platform
What information may be retained
We may retain certain information when there is a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or need to resolve disputes:
- Billing and transaction records (according to applicable legal retention periods)
- Support communications related to your request
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
Warning
Account deletion is irreversible. Once the process is complete, you will not be able to recover your history, statistics, achievements, or any other data associated with your account.
If you have an active subscription, cancel your plan before requesting deletion to avoid future charges.
