XOLE is a platform for table tennis players that lets users record matches, use a live scoreboard, analyze statistics, manage rivals, earn achievements, and track sports progress.

This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information of people who use XOLE, including the mobile app and the web platform.

The controller responsible for processing personal data is XOLE, a product of Slash SpA.

To create and maintain your account, we collect the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile photo

To provide XOLE's core features, we record:

• Matches
• Results
• Statistics
• Rivals
• Achievements

We collect the minimum information required for the service to operate:

• Internal account and device identifiers
• Subscription status and App Store or Google Play purchase identifiers
• Minimum technical information for synchronization and operation
• Data required to handle support requests

XOLE does not collect or use the following types of data:

• GPS location
• Device contacts
• Browsing history
• Card numbers or payment credentials
• Medical data
• Microphone
• Bluetooth
• Advertising tracking
• Personalized advertising

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• Service operation and delivery of platform features
• Data synchronization across devices and sessions

We do not sell or commercialize your personal data.

We share information only with providers required to operate XOLE:

• Firebase (authentication, database, and storage)
• Clerk (user account management)
• Stripe (payment processing on the web platform)
• RevenueCat (mobile subscription validation and synchronization)
• Resend (transactional email delivery, when applicable)
• Vercel (web platform hosting)

We retain your information while you maintain an active XOLE account and for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Data is stored on secure servers managed by our infrastructure providers.
